Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas attended the 2025 Met Gala celebrating Superfine: Tailoring Black Style at Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 05, 2025 in New York City.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas made a statement on the MET Gala blue carpet in a one of a kind statement silhouette envisioned by Balmain. Priyanka who has a long standing relationship with the luxury couture brand, graced the iconic Metropolitan Museum of Art along with her husband, singer Nick Jonas.
Going with the dress code ‘Tailored For You’, which is a nod to the exhibition’s theme Superfine: Tailoring Black Style, Priyanka’s white ensemble featuring a tailored to perfection blazer paired with matching sleeveless dress and a detachable train attached from the waist below.
The highlight of Priyanka’s stylish look was the black polka dots that stood out in this couture piece. Priyanka completed her red carpet look with a black hat that exuded vintage sophistication with a modern charm.
When asked what Priyanka looks forward to at the MET Gala every year, to which Priyanka expressed that she looks forward to people’s interpretation. “I really look forward to people’s interpretation. It is so interesting. And this year’s theme I was so excited about because of the excellence of it, the tailoring of it. To me it is an expression of what fashion has been and there’s such a power to it. So I was really excited to see. And also to meet old friends and colleagues. We don’t end up meeting and everyone’s lives are busy. That is the best part,” shares Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
Priyanka ditched the blazer on the red carpet as she stepped on the iconic stairs and was spotted in the sleeveless dress she adorned below the blazer. The sparkling highlight of Priyanka’s stunning ensemble was the huge emerald pendant Bvlgari necklace she accessorised with her Balmain couture piece.
This was Priyanka’s fifth appearance at the MET Gala and every time she graces the carpet she leaves a stylish impact with her charisma. With Nick by her side, the couple looked fabulous on the blue carpet and exuded white vintage glam with a hint of tailored perfection.
Apart from Priyanka Chopra Jonas, MET GALA 2025 also saw a lot Indian celebrities represent the country on the iconic MET stairs.
