Cotai Water Jet has unveiled plans to launch two
new cruises.
The inaugural voyage of the ‘Macau
Sightseeing Cruise’ is scheduled to depart at 17:00 on 10 August, whilst the ‘Macau Fireworks
Cruise’ will depart on
specific dates when fireworks are being held in Macao.
The 60-minute ‘Macau Sightseeing Cruise’ will set sail from the Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal
and take guests on a voyage that will let them marvel at the architectural splendour
of the Ponte Macau (Macau Bridge) and
grandeur of Sands Macao, which is celebrating its 20th
anniversary.
That will be followed by the Macao Science Centre and the
Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre, which stand side by side, epitomising
Macao’s traditional appeal and forward-looking ambition.

Next on
the itinerary is a striking landmark, the Macau Tower, renowned
for its impressive height and stunning panoramic views of the
city; the Portas do Entendimento (Gate of Understanding), which
invites guests to delve into Macao’s rich heritage; and Shaptsz
Moon, a tranquil waterfront escape.
The voyage concludes with a picturesque view of
the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
Following its huge success during the Chinese New Year fireworks
display in February, the 70-minute ‘Macau Fireworks Cruise’ will make a
much-anticipated return on select dates when fireworks displays
and contests are taking place in the city.
During the 70-minute journey,
guests will be able to see Macao’s night sky lit up in a starburst of
magnificent fireworks, experience a spectacular light and sound
show up close, and indulge in the city’s unique East-meets-West
heritage and traditions with modern sensibilities.
