Azerai, a Vietnamese luxury resort brand, has appointed Jimmy Tran
as Group Director of Sales & Marketing.

Jimmy’s career in hospitality started at the Park
Hyatt Saigon hotel in 2006 and from there he has worked at some of the top hotels
in Vietnam and Dubai.
He joined Azerai from Melia where he was based in
Saigon and worked for around a year as Director of Sales. Before
that, Jimmy spent close to eight years as Director of Sales of The
Reverie Saigon hotel and has also worked at Sofitel Saigon Plaza,
Hotel Nikko Saigon, Carlson Rezidor, Fairmont Dubai and Raffles
Dubai.
At Azerai, Jimmy will oversee hotel group’s three
resorts, namely the private island retreat of Azerai Can Tho,
the beachside resort Azerai Ke Ga Bay near Phan Thiet, and the classic
riverside hotel Azerai La
Residence in Hue.
“The trio of Azerai
resorts exude authentic hospitality journeys and accessible luxury
that appeal on a global level,” Jimmy said. “My quest as Group Director of Sales
& Marketing is to share the Vietnamese culture, cuisine, and
heritage with guests. Azerai Can Tho, Azerai Ke Ga Bay, and Azerai
La Residence, Hue inspire relaxation in stunning locations and
destination-led experiential travel.”
Jimmy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration and Management from Ho Chi Minh City Open
University.
